Series & Event Types
- Enduro:
Endurance format racing. These races involve pit stops, multiple drivers, and are at least one hour in length (often longer). Enduros will usually list the number of hours (hr) in race length.
FCC:
Formula Car Challenge. A professional series for the Formula Mazda race cars. Raceworks is running the full season of the East Coast FCC series, and will be going to the national championships. Sanctioned by the SCCA and NASA.
FF Pro: Formula F-1600 pro series. A professional series for Formula F race cars. Sanctioned by SCCA Pro Racing.
NASA:
National Auto Sport Association. The second-largest amatuer racing organization in the United States. NASA runs racing, track day, and driver education events all over the United States.
PBOC: A florida-based motorsports club that holds racing, track day, and driver school type events.
Rolex Series:
A professional sports car racing series featuring a mix of production-based "Grand Touring" cars, and purpose built prototypes. Raceworks maintains a business relationship with one of the teams, and is available for consulting & graphics installation services at these events.
SARRC:
South-Atlantic Road Racing Championship. This is sanctioned by the Southeast Division SCCA, and is a points series for most SCCA regional classes.
SCCA:
Sports Car Club of America. The oldest & largest amatuer road-racing organization in the United States. SCCA runs driver schools, time trial events, and regional and national-level racing programs.
Test: A test or practice day is available at this event.
Time Trial: These are time-trial events with limited passing rules. They are useful as a cost-effective means of getting track time.
Service Types
- A & D?:
Arrive & drive availability. If this is available, the car types will be listed: FF, FM or D962.
- Track?:
Trackside service, this will simply be yes or no.
- C & G?:
Consulting & graphics. As with trackside, it's yes or no.
